Trevor founded African Pride Tours in 1990, and has travelled extensively on five continents. He has a passion for travel, sport and wildlife, and has visited most of Africa’s top safari destinations and lodges.

Jill obtained a degree in Hotel Management at Ealing University before joining African Pride in 1996. She has led high-end safaris throughout East, West and Central Africa, climbed Mt Kilimanjaro three times, and is an active runner.

Patti comes from an airline background before joining African Pride over a decade ago. She likes being organised and is known for her attention to detail in all things work-related.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Jannine now calls South Africa her home. She is a very detail-orientated person with a passion for travel, cycling and swimming.

Lauren joined the travel industry recently, having trained and worked in London and South Africa as a social worker before raising a family. She is a social animal who loves travel, animals, reading, movies and the vibe in tourism.

A teacher by profession, Jane entered the travel industry as a short-term stand-in for a colleague who was on maternity leave. That was almost 20 years ago. Since then she has fulfilled numerous roles at African Pride.

Ella has been a guide with African Pride for more than 20 years and has led groups and FIT’s all over Southern Africa. She loves it when clients have fun while learning about our great country.

NATIONAL GUIDE

Marcos was born in Chile and has lived in South Africa for 40 years. He is a long-distance athlete, artist, photographer, ballroom dancing teacher and guide who loves people and showing them what Southern Africa has to offer.

A sportsman to his fingertips, Eugene comes from a strong rugby family and has played and coached at a high level. He has completed many canoe river races and follows iron-man, cross-country & trail-running events. He has travelled extensively throughout South Africa and Zimbabwe and enjoys safaris and wildlife.

Tracey’s bubbling personality endears her to her many clients, most of whom travel from the USA, Japan and Western Europe. She works closely with Jill and is renowned for her attention to detail and extensive knowledge of safari opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa.

Tracy is an outdoors person who is a keen cyclist and also swims most mornings in Cape Town’s many ocean tidal pools. She has blossomed in her position as Jannine’s assistant and works mainly on the USA and Indian markets.              

A veteran in the tourist industry, Pieter’s passion, caring nature and extensive product knowledge is evident in all his interactions with clients from around the world. He has a long history of planning curated golf tours in South Africa.

Relatively new to tourism, Suzette has spent the last three years studying the industry and visiting popular regions such as Cape Town, Victoria Falls, Kruger Park, Eastern Cape, Garden Route and the Cape Winelands.  She is passionate about safaris, nature and wildlife and enjoys different cuisines and long beach walks.
