Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe offers spectacular natural wonders, abundant wildlife, and rich ancient history.

The region has gained international recognition, drawing over 1.6 million visitors annually with attractions like the UNESCO-listed Victoria Falls, the expansive Hwange National Park, the Matopo Hills, Lake Kariba and the ancient Great Zimbabwe ruins.

A massively popular tourism destination during the 60’s and 70’s, political instability and adverse international media coverage during the Mugabe era decimated the industry, and it is only since Mugabe’s death that tourism is back on a strong upward curve. This makes Zimbabwe a superb value-for-money destination with relatively low tourist numbers visiting world-class attractions.
